📌 Job Title/Designation:

Professor & Dean – Faculty of Management Studies

🎓 Qualification:

  • Ph.D. in Management Studies with First Class in all preceding degrees.

  • Exemplary academic and research record throughout.

💼 Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 13–15 years of teaching, research, or industry experience in a reputed institution/organization.

  • At least 5 years in an academic leadership role (HoD / Dean / equivalent).

  • Experience in Deemed Universities preferred.

  • Proven contribution in academic accreditation processes (NBA/NAAC/NIRF/UGC/AICTE).

  • Strong understanding of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) systems.

  • Post-Ph.D. experience: Minimum 5 years required.

📚 Research & Publications:

  • Minimum 10 research publications in SCI / SCIE-indexed journals.

  • Must have guided at least 2 Ph.D. candidates as supervisor or co-supervisor (preferred).

💰 Pay Scale:

As per University norms – Salary will not be a constraint for deserving candidates.
