🎓 Qualifications & Experience

As per AICTE Norms (Ph.D. mandatory)

  • Assistant Professor

    • Must possess a Ph.D. with relevant teaching experience.

  • Associate Professor

    • Minimum 8 years of Teaching/Industry/Research experience.

    • At least 3 years at the level of Assistant Professor.

    • Must have 2 years post-Ph.D. and successfully guided at least 1 Ph.D. Scholar.

  • Professor

    • Minimum 15 years of Teaching/Industry/Research experience.

    • At least 4 years at the level of Associate Professor.

    • Must have guided at least 3 Ph.D. Scholars.

💰 Pay Scale (Industry Competitive)

  • Assistant Professor: ₹80,000 – ₹1,80,000

  • Associate Professor: ₹1,35,000 – ₹2,00,000

  • Professor: ₹2,00,000 – ₹4,00,000
