📌 Position Available

  • Placement Coordinator

📌 Qualification & Experience

  • Postgraduate (PG) degree in any relevant field

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in placement coordination or similar roles

📌 Key Responsibilities

Industry Engagement:

  • Establish and maintain corporate relationships for placements and internships

  • Identify new placement opportunities and expand the employer network

  • Coordinate campus drives, interviews, and pre-placement talks

Student Preparation:

  • Organize training programs for aptitude, soft skills, group discussions, and interviews

  • Mentor students on resume building, career planning, and job search strategies

  • Maintain up-to-date database of student profiles

Placement Activities:

  • Plan and execute placement drives, job fairs, and internship programs

  • Coordinate logistics and hospitality for recruiters

  • Track placement statistics and prepare management reports

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Liaise between students, faculty, employers, and Career Development Centre

  • Align student skills with industry requirements

  • Communicate placement schedules and updates through internal platforms
