“Process development for cellulase production and up-scaling of oligosaccharide production for prebiotic and post-biotic applications in poultry and animal feeds.”

🧫 Project Description:

  • Development of an integrated bioprocess for functional oligosaccharide production for poultry and animal feed applications using in-house enzymes.

  • Opportunities for collaboration with TNAU and industrial enzyme partners.

Fellowship:

₹31,000/- per month (as per DST norms)

🎓 Essential Qualifications:

  • M.E./M.Tech in Biotechnology or Food Technology

💡 Desirable Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in Bioprocess Technology or Enzyme Engineering

  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Willingness to travel for research work
