Job Description
K L University is looking for a qualified and experienced Campus Nurse to manage on-campus healthcare services. The role involves providing first aid, routine medical care, emergency response, and maintaining medical records to ensure the health and safety of students, faculty, and staff.
Key Responsibilities

Provide first-aid and routine medical care to students, faculty, and staff

Assess health complaints and administer appropriate treatment or refer to external healthcare facilities when required

Maintain daily patient case logs and medical documentation

Manage medicine stock registers, including tracking usage, expiry, and replenishment
-
Ensure proper storage and availability of medicines, medical supplies, and equipment
-
Handle medical emergencies and coordinate with hospitals and ambulance services
-
Support campus health awareness and preventive healthcare programs

Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the medical room

Ensure strict confidentiality of patient information
Required Qualifications

B.Sc Nursing from a recognised institution

Valid Nursing Council Registration

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hospitals, clinics, or institutional settings

Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency care, and basic medical procedures

Good communication and interpersonal skills
