In 1956, the German Government offered technical assistance for establishing an institute of higher education in engineering in India. The first Indo-German agreement in Bonn, West Germany for the establishment of the Indian Institute of Technology at Madras was signed in 1959.

Department:   Medical Science and Technology, IIT Madras

Qualification: 

• Dual Degree/ M. Tech/ PhD in Engineering branches such as Computer  Science, Electrical
  Experience: Experience in Machine learning and Programming in Python is a must.

Tenure of the Project:  Initially for one year, later extendable based on the performance.

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Machine learning researcher who has experience in Python. Use of tools such as git is desirable. Work involves analysing clinical data, writing new programs and modifying existing programs for the research project and writing research papers.

Pay Scale: Rs 56,000/- Per month + HRA 27%
