Job Title: Research Assistant

Project Title:  Longitudinal Impact of Gender Affirming Endocrine Interventions on the Mental Health and Well-Being of Transgender Youths – A Yardstick approach

Essential Qualification: PhD/M.Phil. /MBA/Postgraduate degree in a social science discipline with a minimum of 55% marks.

Skills Required: Proficiency in MS Office and analytical software such as SPSS, AMOS, R, Python, NVivo, and web scraping tools. Strong command of both oral and written English is essential.

Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in research work or a similar research project . Applications from transgender candidates are particularly encouraged.

Tenure of Position: 60 months or until the completion of the project, whichever occurs first.

Monthly Fellowship: Rs. 37,000 per month.
