The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) authorized the college and affiliated with Anna University in Chennai. The sisters of the DMI society, created in 2008, promote and administrate the college. The society oversees several educational, technical, health, welfare, and social development institutions. The goal of these organizations is to provide a disciplined existence with a spiritual foundation in order to remain completely alive and human. The university encourages self-disciplined comprehensive academic achievement and innovative practices among its students, thereby contributing to the advancement of our country.
