Job Details:

Position: Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor
Department: MBA
Specializations: Open to all MBA domains (Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality teaching using innovative pedagogical methods (case studies, simulations, workshops).

  2. Implement Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and align curriculum with industry needs.

  3. Mentor students in research, paper presentations, seminars, and consultancy projects.

  4. Publish in Scopus/WoS-indexed journals and secure research grants.

  5. Foster industry collaborations and organize guest lectures, internships, and live projects.

  6. Contribute to academic administration, accreditation processes (NBA, NAAC), and curriculum development.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Essential:

    • Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM) + Ph.D. in Management (or nearing completion).

    • Strong command of teaching methodologies, OBE, and Bloom’s Taxonomy.

    • Prior experience in academic research, consultancy, or corporate training.

  • Desirable:

    • Candidates with UGC-NET/JRF, industry experience, or patents/publications.

    • Proficiency in data analytics, AI in management, or emerging business trends.
