1. Head of Department (HOD) – Engineering

Departments: Mechanical (MECH), Civil (CIVIL)
Eligibility:

  • Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.

  • 10+ years of teaching/research experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.

  • Proven track record in NAAC/NBA accreditation, research publications, and industry collaborations.

2. HOD – Science & Humanities (S&H)

Eligibility:

  • Ph.D. with 5+ years as Principal in an Arts & Science college.

  • Expertise in managing interdisciplinary programs and first-year engineering courses.

3. Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor

Departments:

  • Computer Science Engineering (CSE)

  • Mechanical Engineering (MECH)

  • Mathematics

  • Physics

Qualifications:

  • As per AICTE norms (Ph.D. for Professor roles; M.Tech/M.Sc for Assistant Professors).

  • Preference: Candidates with publications, patents, or industry experience.

4. Placement Cell

Roles:

  • Senior Placement Officer:

    • MBA/PGDM with 5+ years in corporate relations/placements.

    • Strong network with IT, core engineering, and R&D sectors.

  • Aptitude Trainer:

    • Expertise in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and soft skills training.
