✅ Essential Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Commerce (Mandatory)

  • Minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals

  • API Score: Minimum 110 Research Score (As per UGC norms)

📌 Experience Required:

  • 12+ years total experience (including 10+ years in teaching/research at universities/colleges)

  • 2+ years administrative experience as Principal/Vice Principal/Dean/HOD/COE/Director
