Established in 2009 under the Bearys Academy of Learning, Bearys Institute of Technology (BIT) is a premier engineering college affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi. Eligibility Criteria

For All Positions:

  • Qualification: As per AICTE norms (Ph.D. mandatory for Professor/Associate Professor positions)

  • Experience:

    • Assistant Professor: ME/M.Tech with first class in relevant discipline

    • Associate Professor: Minimum 5 years of teaching/research experience

    • Professor: Minimum 10 years of experience (including 5 years as Associate Professor)

  • Skills Required:

    • Excellent communication and pedagogical skills

    • Strong research background (for senior positions)
