    • Ph.D. exempted from NET under UGC Regulations (2009/2016 amendments), OR

    • Ph.D. from a top-500 global university (QS/THE/ARWU rankings).

For Ph.D. Holders (Exempt from NET):

✔ Degree awarded in regular mode.
✔ Thesis evaluated by two external examiners.
✔ Published 2 research papers (at least 1 in a refereed journal).
✔ Presented 2 conference papers (UGC/CSIR-funded).

Job Location & Salary

📍 Delhi Campus: St. Stephen’s College, University Enclave, Delhi – 110007.
💰 Pay Scale: Level-10 (₹57,700–1,82,400) as per 7th CPC.
