Eligibility Criteria

1. Assistant Professor

✔ Qualification:

  • Master’s + NET/SLET (or Ph.D. as per UGC norms).

  • Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers eligible).

2. Associate Professor

✔ Qualification:

  • Ph.D. mandatory + 5 years experience (including 2 years post-Ph.D.).
    ✔ Research: Publications in international/national journals.

3. HoD/Dean Roles

✔ Qualification:

  • Ph.D. + 5–10 years leadership experience.
    ✔ Preferred:

  • Patents, consultancy projects, or books published.
