Srinivasan College of Arts & Science, established in 2004 under the Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Charitable and Educational Trust, is a premier institution affiliated with Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirapalli. Starting with just six undergraduate programs, the college has expanded to offer 12 UG and 8 PG courses, fostering academic excellence in Perambalur, Tamil Nadu.

Current Job Openings

The college invites applications from qualified and motivated candidates for the following positions:

1. Assistant Professor

  • Departments: English, Computer Applications, Commerce, Biotechnology

  • Eligibility:

    • Ph.D. / NET / SET in the relevant discipline.

    • Candidates with experience in NAAC/NBA accreditation processes will be preferred.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Teaching, research, and mentoring students.

    • Contributing to curriculum development and accreditation activities.

2. IQAC Coordinator

  • Qualification:

    • Ph.D. with at least 10 years of experience in accreditation (NAAC/NBA) and quality assurance.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Leading the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC).

    • Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and institutional improvement.

3. Placement Officer

  • Eligibility:

    • Minimum 10 years of corporate/training experience in campus placements, industry relations, or career counseling.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Building industry partnerships for internships and placements.

    • Organizing recruitment drives and skill development programs.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong commitment to academic and institutional growth.

  • Prior experience in relevant fields is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
