Position Overview
Job Title: Training and Placement Officer (TPO)
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
Salary: Competitive (No constraints for deserving candidates)

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain industry partnerships for campus placements.
Organize training programs, workshops, and recruitment drives.
Guide students in resume building, interview preparation, and career planning.
Coordinate with faculty to align curriculum with industry demands.
Manage placement records and employer relations.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech or BBA/MBA (preferred).
Experience: Proven track record in placements, corporate relations, or HR.
Skills:
Excellent communication and networking abilities.
Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Gujarat’s engineering industry landscape.
