Job Title:

  1. Associate Professor

  2. Professor

Department: Management Studies

Qualifications & Experience:
Associate Professor:

  • Ph.D. in the relevant field.

  • First class at Bachelor’s or Master’s level.

  • Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience (including 2 years post-Ph.D.).

  • At least 6 research publications in SCI/SCIE/UGC/AICTE-approved journals.

Professor:

  • Ph.D. in the relevant field.

  • First class at Bachelor’s or Master’s level.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience (including 3 years as Associate Professor or equivalent).

  • At least 6 research publications at the Associate Professor level in approved journals AND 2 successful Ph.D. guidances as supervisor/co-supervisor OR

  • 10 research publications at the Associate Professor level in approved journals.

Job Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu
Pay Scale: As per institutional norms (competitive and based on experience).
