Technical Support: Troubleshooting hardware/software issues (computers, printers, network devices)

Network Management: Ensuring Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity, including crimping

Software Installation & Updates: Installing/updating software & security patches

Help Desk Services: Handling IT-related queries from students & faculty

Data Backup & Security: Ensuring timely backups & data integrity

Classroom & Lab Support: Maintaining projectors, smartboards, lab computers

Asset Management: Managing IT asset records of SGI
🎓 Qualification:

Diploma in Computer Science (MSBTE) OR B.Sc. Computer Science
