Job Title / Designation:

  • Regional Placement Officer

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract employers and promote placement services

  • Maintain relationships with companies, recruiting firms, and other organizations to identify job openings and internships

  • Help students assess skills and interests to match them with suitable opportunities

  • Organize and manage career fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other placement events

  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for aptitude, interview preparation, and job-search skills

  • Serve as the central contact point between students, alumni, faculty, and employers

Qualification:

  • Ph.D. / Master’s Degree in a relevant area

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years as HR Manager or Placement Officer

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record of successful placement campaigns

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to work across multiple locations (Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad)
