Qualifications:
Assistant Professor: B.Pharm. and M.Pharm. / Pharm.D. in relevant specialization with First Class or equivalent in any one of the two degrees.
Associate Professor: Ph.D. in the relevant field with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s level + Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience (including 2 years Post-Ph.D.) + at least 6 research publications in SCI/UGC/AICTE-approved journals.
Professor: Ph.D. in the relevant field with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s level + Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience with significant contributions/publications OR at least 10 research publications as Associate Professor in SCI/UGC-approved journals.
Pay Scale:
As per UGC, PCI, State Government, and Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University (SRTMU), Nanded norms.
