Position:

Head – Placements & Corporate Affairs

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Networking & Industry Connect

  • Establish strategic partnerships with corporates, recruiters, and professional associations.

  • Initiate MoUs, alliances, and advisory boards with industries and startups.

  • Represent KCW in career fairs, conclaves, and summits.

  • Collaborate with global chambers for international internships & placements.

  • Publish industry research insights and newsletters.

Placements & Career Services

  • Lead campus recruitments, pooled drives, and internships.

  • Offer structured career counselling & mentorship.

  • Maintain accurate placement statistics for NAAC, NIRF, UGC, and accreditation.

Student Training & Development

  • Design and deliver pre-placement training modules.

  • Partner with corporate trainers & EdTech firms.

  • Conduct career boot camps, entrepreneurship awareness, and exam guidance.

Alumni Engagement

  • Strengthen alumni networks via digital platforms & annual meets.

  • Launch mentoring programs and leverage alumni for placements.

  • Highlight alumni success stories and promote alumni contributions.

Digital Platforms & Outreach

  • Manage placement portals, dashboards, and career tools.

  • Drive LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed & social media campaigns.

  • Implement AI-driven career solutions, psychometric tools & resume banks.

Team Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead the Placements & Corporate Affairs team with clear KPIs.

  • Integrate industry needs into curriculum design.

  • Benchmark with top institutions to bring innovations and excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Postgraduate degree in Management/HR/related fields from a reputed institution.

  • 10–15 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Training & Placements, or leadership in higher education/industry.

  • Proven corporate networking and career services expertise.

  • Strong digital, strategic, and CXO-level engagement skills.

  • Exposure to international collaborations & EdTech is a plus.
