Qualification:

  • Ph.D., Master’s Degree, and Bachelor’s Degree with First Class in all preceding degrees in the relevant field of Management.

  • Consistent academic excellence is essential.

Experience:

  • Assistant Professor: Minimum 5 years of experience

  • Associate Professor: Minimum 5 years, with at least 2 years post-Ph.D. experience

  • Professor: Minimum 10 years, including 5 years as Associate Professor

Candidate Profile:

  • Ability to develop curriculum and deliver quality teaching

  • Provide academic counseling and mentorship to students

  • Engage in research, seminars, conferences, and publications

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Teaching experience in PGDM programs is mandatory
