Job Title / Designation:

Assistant Professor (Fellow)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Departments / Areas of Specialization:

Applicants from all areas of mathematics are welcome, with emphasis on:

  • Algebra & Number Theory (Representation Theory, Arithmetic Geometry, etc.)

  • Algebraic Geometry

  • Geometry & Topology (Differential, Low-dimensional Topology, Symplectic, etc.)

  • Analysis (Real, Complex, Harmonic, Functional, etc.)

  • Partial Differential Equations (PDEs)

  • Probability & Stochastic Processes

Qualification & Experience:

  • Ph.D. in Mathematics

  • Minimum 3 years postdoctoral research experience

  • Strong publication record

  • Age not exceeding 35 years (relaxation for exceptional candidates)

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong academic background at UG/PG level

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Passionate about teaching and mentoring students

  • Demonstrated research excellence

Pay Scale:

Level 12 of the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC)
