Established in 1989, SNMV College of Arts and Science (SNMVCAS) offers a wide range of UG, PG, and research programs on a beautiful 50-acre campus in Coimbatore.
The SNMV Institute of Management (SNMVIM), founded in 1994, offers a two-year full-time MBA program with two batches of students, focusing on academic excellence and holistic management education.

Job Title / Positions Available

  • Professor & Head of the Department (HoD) – MBA

  • Assistant Professor – MBA

  • Associate Professor – MBA

Qualification & Experience

For Professor & HoD – MBA

  • Ph.D. (Mandatory) in Management from a recognized university.

  • 15–20 years of teaching and administrative experience in Management Education.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Head of the Department (MBA) in a reputed institution.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Strong academic and research orientation with publications in reputed journals.

  • Proven leadership in driving academic excellence and institutional growth.

  • Experience in Entrepreneurship Development, Industry Collaboration, and Student Mentoring.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

For Assistant / Associate Professors – MBA

  • Ph.D. in Management / Commerce from a recognized university or UGC-NET / TNSET qualification (mandatory).

  • Minimum 5 years (Assistant Professor) / 15 years (Associate Professor) of teaching experience in Management / Data Science / Data Analytics / Commerce Education.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Strong academic and research orientation with publications in reputed journals.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
