Qualifications and Experience:

For Faculty Positions:

  • Educational Qualification:
    Ph.D., Master’s Degree, and Bachelor’s Degree with First Class in all preceding degrees in the relevant discipline (Engineering / Science).

    • Strong academic and research background preferred.

  • Experience (As per AICTE/KTU Norms):

    • Assistant Professor: Minimum 2 years of experience desirable

    • Associate Professor: Minimum 5 years of experience (including 2 years post-Ph.D.)

    • Professor: Minimum 10 years of experience (at least 5 years as Associate Professor)

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven ability in Research, Development, and Consultancy Projects

  • Active involvement in patents, innovation labs, EDC, and industry collaboration

  • Strong record of research publications in Scopus / WoS / Springer indexed journals

  • Commitment to academic excellence and student development

For Placement Officer:

  • Qualification: MBA (HR specialization) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferred)

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in placement & training activities at reputed engineering institutions

  • Skills Required:

    • Strong public relations and industry networking skills

    • Ability to coordinate campus recruitment drives and placement training programs

    • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
