Exam Coordinator
Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (Master’s degree preferred)

Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and examination management software
Experience Required:
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in academic administration or examination management
-
Prior experience in coordinating pre-, conduct-, and post-examination processes
-
Experience in record management or working under the Controller of Examinations will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
-
Coordinate and oversee all examination-related operations, including scheduling, departmental communication, and liaison with faculty for question paper preparation and confidentiality

Assist the Controller of Examinations in managing examination logistics such as seating arrangements, evaluation, and timely result publication

Supervise certificate and mark sheet issuance, verification, genuineness checks, and duplicate certificate requests

Maintain authenticity of examination records, ensure systematic archives, and streamline student examination services
Preference:

Candidates with qualifications from reputed institutions or universities will be preferred

Those with prior experience in higher education institutions, regulatory bodies, or premier academic organizations will have an added advantage
