IQAC Coordinator

Job Type:

🕒 Full-Time (Administrative / Coordinator Position)

Job Description:

The IQAC Coordinator will lead the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell, overseeing quality enhancement initiatives, accreditation processes, and institutional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate IQAC activities including planning, implementation, and monitoring.

  • Develop and maintain quality assurance systems and documentation.

  • Facilitate NAAC, NBA, and UGC Autonomous Status assessments.

  • Collaborate with departments to promote academic and administrative excellence.

  • Prepare institutional reports, presentations, and accreditation materials.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Ph.D. in Mechanical or Civil Engineering discipline.

  • Experience: Prior experience in academic administration and quality assurance.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of NAAC accreditation and quality assurance processes.

    • Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.

    • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Preferred Candidates: Applicants from Tirunelveli, Tenkasi, Kanyakumari, or Thoothukudi districts.

Salary:

💰 Rs. 3.6 LPA (per annum)
