Research Position:

Research Associate-I

Title of the Project:

Development of Wide-Bandgap Semiconductors Based Highly Efficient Power Electronics Systems for Electric Vehicle

Sponsoring / Funding Agency:

Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF), Government of India

Essential Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering

  • At least two research publications, preferably in IEEE Journals/Transactions (Q1)

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Candidates with experience in Machine Design and Electric Drives are highly encouraged to apply.

Project Duration:

36 months

Stipend:

💰 Rs. 58,000/- per month + 10% HRA (as per norms)
