Job Title/Designation:

Resident Assistant (Boys / Girls)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of hostel management, student welfare, and safety protocols.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hostel administration, student welfare, or similar roles.

• Experience in hostel operations, student supervision, mess, and housekeeping coordination is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Resident Manager in daily hostel operations.

• Monitor student attendance, discipline, and conduct.

• Oversee mess, housekeeping, and maintenance activities to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.

• Foster student engagement, well-being, and safety under the guidance of the Resident Manager.

• Coordinate with administrative and maintenance teams for smooth hostel operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in university/college hostels or residential institutions.

• Background in counselling, student mentoring, or disciplinary supervision.

• Willingness to reside on campus and handle 24×7 responsibilities.

• Candidates with empathy, patience, and a student-centric approach will be highly preferred.
