1. Principal:

Qualification:

  • Postgraduate with B.Ed. (CBSE background preferred)
    Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Principal / Vice Principal / Senior Coordinator in a reputed CBSE school
    Skills:

  • Proven leadership and administrative capabilities

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Record of academic excellence and team management

2. Teaching Positions:

Kindergarten (KG):

  • Montessori / NTT Diploma or Certification

  • Prior experience in early childhood education preferred

  • Ability to implement Montessori curriculum effectively

Primary Teachers (PRT):

  • Graduate in relevant subject + B.Ed.

  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT):

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in relevant subject + B.Ed.

  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience preferred

Post Graduate Teachers (PGT):

  • Postgraduate in relevant subject + B.Ed.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience teaching senior secondary level preferred

Key Responsibilities:

For KG Montessori Teachers:

  • Implement Montessori-based learning.

  • Maintain a nurturing classroom environment.

For PRT Teachers (Classes I–V):

  • Deliver engaging CBSE-based lessons.

  • Encourage child-centered learning and creativity.

  • Maintain discipline and assess student development.

For TGT & PGT Teachers (Classes VI–XII):

  • Teach subject-specific CBSE curriculum.

  • Promote analytical and critical thinking.
