  • Ph.D. in Information Systems or a closely related field.

  • Master’s in Business Administration / M.Sc.-IT.

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with modern pedagogical methods and technologies in business education.

  • A strong record of publications in reputable academic journals.

  • Experience: 0 to 3 years.

  • Assistant Professor candidates must possess a Ph.D. with minimum teaching experience.
