Qualification Requirements:

Mandatory:

  • Ph.D. in Food Technology

Eligible UG/PG Specializations:

  • B.Tech & M.Tech / M.E in

    • Food Technology

    • Food Engineering

    • Food Processing

    • Dairy Technology

    • Food Science & Nutrition

    • Food Safety

    • Or any relevant specialization

Teaching & Academic Responsibilities:

Candidates should be able to teach core subjects including:

  • Food Processing & Preservation

  • Food Microbiology

  • Food Chemistry

  • Food Packaging

  • Dairy Technology

  • Food Safety & Quality Control

Required Skill Set (2–5 years experience preferred):

Experience in teaching, research, or industry in areas such as:

  • Product Development

  • Regulatory Affairs (FSSAI)

  • Food Quality Control

  • Food Packaging

  • R&D Labs (CFTRI / NIFTEM / ICAR etc.)
