Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Mentorship

  • Deliver courses across UG, PG, Ph.D., and Executive Education

  • Develop and deliver industry-aligned academic content

  • Mentor students in projects, internships, and placements

Research

  • Publish in Scopus-indexed and high-impact journals

  • Pursue funded research projects and consultancy collaborations

Required Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Management or related discipline

  • MBA (preferably from Top 50 NIRF Institutions / IIMs / ISB)

  • Strong research profile with Scopus publications and external funding potential

  • Proven teaching experience and student mentoring ability

  • Industry/consulting experience is an added advantage
