1. HR Manager – Qualification & Eligibility

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of core HR experience (education, corporate, or hospitality sector preferred)

• Strong knowledge of labour laws & HR best practices

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace

• Knowledge of HRMS is an added advantage

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Salary:

💰 ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

2. HR Executive – Qualification & Eligibility

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Commerce / Administration

Experience Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in HR or office coordination

• Basic knowledge of recruitment, documentation, and employee lifecycle

• Good verbal & written communication skills

• Familiarity with Excel, Google Workspace, and office coordination

Salary:

💰 ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
