The Institute offers a two-year full-time PGDM programme, duly approved by AICTE, designed to prepare future managers for multidisciplinary challenges. Job Title

  • Principal / Dean

(To head the Management College offering PGDM programme equivalent to MBA as per AICTE norms)

Qualification

  • First Class MBA in Management

  • Ph.D. in Management from an institute of repute

Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry at reputed institutions

  • At least 3 years at the level of Professor or equivalent

  • Research publications and Ph.D. student guidance as per AICTE norms

  • Strong flair for management, leadership, and academic administration

  • Candidate should be an eminent personality in the field of Management Studies

  • Preference will be given to candidates with post-Ph.D. publications and experience in guiding Ph.D. scholars

  • Age Limit: 48 to 58 years

Candidate Profile

  • UG and PG degree in relevant discipline with strong academic credentials

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and academic excellence

  • Proven research record and academic contributions

Remuneration

  • On par with AICTE norms

  • Higher pay scale may be considered based on merit and experience
