Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Business Administration

  • Participate in departmental and institutional academic activities

  • Professors will additionally:

    • Engage in academic research and publications

    • Mentor junior faculty

    • Contribute to continuous improvement of the department

Qualifications & Skills

  • Ph.D. in Business Administration / Management or related field

  • Strong teaching and educational skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • Proven research and publication record

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented academic environment

  • Prior teaching experience in higher education is an added advantage
