Role Description

Vardhaman College of Engineering invites applications for faculty positions in Business Administration under the Department of Management Studies. Selected candidates will be responsible for:

  • Delivering undergraduate and postgraduate lectures

  • Designing and updating curriculum as per academic standards

  • Guiding students in research and academic projects

  • Participating in departmental and institutional activities

  • Engaging in academic research and publications

  • Mentoring junior faculty members (for senior roles)

  • Contributing to continuous academic and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Eligibility

  • Ph.D. in Business Administration / Management / related discipline

  • Strong teaching and education skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • Demonstrated record of academic research and publications

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented academic environment

  • Prior teaching experience in higher education institutions is desirable
