 Job Description

The TGT Maths Teacher will teach Grades 6 to 10, ensuring students develop strong foundational and advanced mathematical skills. The role focuses on innovative teaching methods, accurate assessment of student progress, and creating a disciplined yet supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards

  • Teach Mathematics to students from Classes 6 to 10

  • Assess, evaluate, and record student performance through tests and assignments

  • Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning atmosphere

  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress

  • Prepare students for standardized examinations and academic competitions

  • Provide individualized academic support where required

  • Participate in faculty meetings and professional development programs

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or Education

  • B.Ed degree or equivalent teaching certification

  • Minimum 5 years of experience teaching Mathematics

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi

  • Strong understanding of modern teaching methodologies and educational technology

 Skills Required

Classroom management, curriculum development, student assessment, innovative teaching techniques, strong communication, educational technology usage, problem-solving skills, patience, and empathy.
