Eligibility & Experience

  • Outstanding academic record throughout

  • Postgraduate degree in Management / Allied areas

  • Ph.D. / FPM from a reputed institution or university

  • Minimum 3 years of teaching / research / industry experience
    (excluding Ph.D. tenure)

  • Candidates who have submitted Ph.D. thesis may also apply

    • Will be appointed on a temporary basis and regularized after award of Ph.D.

  • Evidence of quality research and publications

  • Familiarity with industry practices and contemporary business challenges

Roles & Expectations

  • Teaching approximately 140 hours per year

  • Research publications in reputed (ABDC-indexed) journals

  • Course design and curriculum development

  • Conducting Management Development Programs (MDPs)

  • Consultancy and institutional service contributions
