Junior Research Fellow / Project Fellow

Project Title:

Enhancement of ferroelectricity in HfO₂ based thin films by Ion irradiation for the application of HfO₂ ferroelectric films based Non-volatile memory devices

Department:

Physics

Essential Qualification

  • M.Sc. in Physics with minimum 55% marks

  • For SC/ST candidates – minimum 50%

Tenure of Position

  • Initially 01 year

  • Extendable up to 03 years or till completion of project

Remuneration

  • GATE / NET qualified: ₹25,000/- per month

  • Non-GATE / Non-NET: ₹14,000/- per month

Note:

  • Candidates who have already availed CSIR/UGC-NET or GATE fellowship for full term are not eligible

  • Candidates who have completed Ph.D. are not eligible

  • No TA/DA, HRA or medical benefits will be provided
