📌 Project Details

Project Title:
High-Resolution Regional Climate Downscaling of Precipitation and Temperature for Better Climate Change Adaptation over Kerala

🎓 Essential Qualification

  • Master’s degree in:

    • Atmospheric Science

    • Meteorology

    • Climate Science

    • Physics

    • Or equivalent

AND

  • Qualified in National Level Examinations such as:

    • CSIR-UGC NET

    • GATE

    • Or equivalent

🧪 Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years of research experience after Master’s degree

⭐ Desirable Qualifications

  • Proficiency in:

    • Atmospheric Modeling

    • Climate Downscaling

    • Climate Data Analysis

  • Experience in:

    • Fortran / R / Python coding

    • Handling gridded meteorological datasets

💰 Salary

  • ₹35,000 per month (As per KSCSTE norms)

⏳ Tenure

  • 1 Year

  • Extendable based on performance
