  • 10 years teaching/research experience (with 3 years as Associate Professor equivalent)

  • Guided at least one Ph.D. scholar

  • Research Score: 120 (as per UGC Regulations 2018)

  • Master’s & Bachelor’s Degree with First Class

  • Ph.D. required

  • Minimum 7 publications

  • 8 years teaching experience (minimum 2 years post-Ph.D.)

  • Research Score: 75 (UGC Regulations 2018)

🔹 Assistant Professor (Engineering/Science/Management)

  • Relevant Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree with First Class

  • Ph.D. mandatory

  • Minimum 50% marks at +2 level

  • For Management: MBA/PGDM (AIU recognized)/M.Tech/M.Stat with First Class

  • Minimum 2 years experience (for Management)

  • Professor: â‚ą1,44,200 (Academic Level 14) + allowances

  • Associate Professor: â‚ą1,31,400 (Academic Level 13A) + allowances

  • Assistant Professor: â‚ą57,700 (Academic Level 10) + 5 non-compounded increments (for Ph.D.) + allowances
