Qualification

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks in the relevant discipline from a recognized university or equivalent foreign degree.

AND

  • Must have cleared UGC NET / CSIR NET / SLET / SET

OR

  • Ph.D. degree as per UGC regulations (2009 / 2016 amendments), which exempts the candidate from NET/SLET/SET.

Research Requirements

  • Minimum two SCI publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.

Desirable Criteria

  • Ph.D preferred with minimum 2 years of teaching or research experience.

  • Presentation of at least two research papers in UGC/ICSSR/CSIR-sponsored conferences or seminars.

  • Published academic work such as:

    • Books or research publications

    • Consultancy projects

    • Patents

    • Ph.D guidance

Salary / Pay Scale

Salary will be as per UGC guidelines, however exceptional candidates may receive higher compensation based on qualifications and experience.
