🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s Degree / Ph.D in:

  • Social Sciences

  • Development Studies

  • Rural Management

  • Gender Studies

  • OR MBA/PGDM with research orientation

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Experience in qualitative & quantitative research

• Work with cooperatives / SHGs / women’s collectives (preferred)

• Knowledge of data analysis tools

• Good communication skills in English

• Willingness for extensive field travel

📝 Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data

• Assist in report writing, policy briefs, and case studies

• Support literature reviews and secondary data analysis

• Coordinate stakeholder workshops and project activities

• Assist in drafting final study reports

💰 Salary

• ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
