The Research Faculty role focuses on:

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Publish minimum 5 research papers in reputed SCI/Scopus indexed Q1 & Q2 journals
- Publish minimum 15 Scopus indexed conference papers
- Submit funded research proposals and secure sponsored projects
- Guide Ph.D. scholars as per UGC norms
- Work on interdisciplinary and impactful research projects
- Support departments in enhancing research rankings and patents
- Participate in consultancy and industry collaborations
- Develop innovative solutions, prototypes, and patents
- Organize conferences, FDPs, seminars, and workshops
- Maintain research documentation and compliance records
Eligibility Criteria
- Ph.D. in relevant discipline from a recognized university/institution
- Strong publication record in Q1/Q2 journals and Scopus indexed conferences
- Experience in funded research projects preferred
- Prior Ph.D. guidance/co-guidance experience desirable
- Exposure to consultancy, patents, and industry collaboration preferred
- Strong academic writing and communication skills
- Ability to work on multidisciplinary research projects
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Minimum 5 SCI/Scopus indexed Q1 & Q2 journal publications
- Minimum 15 Scopus indexed conference publications
- Consultancy projects generating minimum ₹5 lakhs annually
