Job Description:
AADYAS JUNIOR COLLEGE is looking for a passionate and experienced Economics Lecturer to teach Intermediate 1st Year and 2nd Year students. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge in Microeconomics and Macroeconomics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex economic concepts for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Economics for Intermediate 1st & 2nd Year students
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, notes, and question papers
- Conduct tests, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions
- Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance
- Maintain classroom discipline and interactive learning
- Complete syllabus within academic timelines
- Prepare students for Board and competitive examinations
- Attend faculty meetings and parent interactions
Eligibility Criteria
- M.A. Economics is mandatory
- B.Ed preferred
- 5–7 years of teaching experience preferred
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English and Telugu/Hindi preferred
