Required Qualifications

  • Essential qualifications shall be as prescribed by the National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH).
  • NTET qualification is mandatory for Assistant Professor positions.
  • NTET-qualified candidates are required/preferred for Associate Professor positions wherever applicable.
  • Candidates must possess recognized Homoeopathic qualifications from approved institutions.

Required Experience

Experience requirements shall be strictly as per NCH norms.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong academic and clinical background in the relevant specialization.
  • Must satisfy NCH eligibility criteria for the applied position.
  • Prior teaching experience in Homoeopathic medical colleges will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication, teaching, and mentoring abilities.
  • Commitment to patient care, research, and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical classes to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
  • Conduct clinical training and supervise hospital-based learning.
  • Participate in OPD/IPD duties and clinical rounds.
  • Guide research projects and scholarly activities.
  • Prepare academic materials, assessments, and evaluation reports.
  • Mentor students and support their professional development.
  • Maintain departmental documentation and assist in accreditation activities.
