Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess qualifications as prescribed by:
- University Grants Commission (UGC)
- Bar Council of India (BCI)
- Government of Madhya Pradesh
Ph.D., NET, or SET qualified candidates will be given preference wherever applicable.
Required Experience
- Previous teaching experience in Law Colleges or Universities is desirable.
- Experience in academic administration will be preferred, especially for the Principal position.
Candidate Profile
- Must possess a Law degree along with relevant qualifications as per UGC and BCI norms.
- Strong academic background in legal education and research.
- Excellent communication, teaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Prior experience in legal education and institutional administration will be advantageous.
- Ability to effectively teach undergraduate and postgraduate law subjects.
Key Responsibilities
Faculty Members
- Deliver lectures and conduct classes in various law subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and academic content.
- Mentor students in academics, moot court activities, and legal research.
- Participate in examinations, evaluation, and institutional activities.
- Contribute to research publications and academic development initiatives.
Principal
- Provide academic and administrative leadership to the institution.
- Oversee curriculum implementation and institutional planning.
- Manage day-to-day academic and administrative operations.
- Ensure compliance with UGC, BCI, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote quality enhancement, research, and institutional growth.
Salary
