Job Summary
The institution is seeking a passionate and dedicated English Faculty member to teach students at Intermediate and Degree College levels. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise in English Language and Literature along with excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures in English Language and Literature.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and teaching resources.
- Improve students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
- Conduct tests, assignments, and academic evaluations.
- Guide and mentor students academically.
- Maintain academic records and performance reports.
- Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and institutional activities.
- Prepare students for university examinations and competitive examinations when required.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- M.A. in English (Mandatory)
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at Intermediate or Degree College level.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge may also be considered.

- Strong command of English Grammar and Literature.
- Effective classroom management abilities.
