- Postgraduate qualification in Library and Information Science.
- Doctoral degree in the relevant field.

- Ability to independently manage academic library operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day library operations and administration.
- Organize and maintain academic resources for students and faculty.
- Handle cataloguing, classification, indexing, and documentation activities.
- Manage digital library resources and online databases.
- Coordinate with academic departments regarding resource procurement.
- Ensure smooth access to library facilities and services.
- Support teaching, learning, and research activities through library services.
